We all need somebody to lean on.  How strong are your shoulders.  Do you have weak, semi-strong or strong shoulders?  Sometimes in life you just need a shoulder to lean on.  If you need a shoulder from time to time, someone else might just need a shoulder too.  What are shoulders for?  Are they for shrugging, to assist with lifting, to help you embrace, to support your body….?

The human shoulder is made up of three bones: the clavicle (collarbone), the scapula (shoulder blade), and the humerus (upper arm bone) as well as associated muscles, ligaments and tendons.  Weight lifting helps your muscles to become toned and strong, and also helps to burn fat. You lift the weights and then you put them down.

GET THIS! – We are not built to lift and carry extra weight around 24/7 – whether our own or others.  Weight lifting is necessary from time to time, but you have to know when and how to let go  to avoid negative impact and injuries.  What’s weighing you down?  If the weight you are bearing is causing you not to live your best life, consider making some changes to lighten your load.  #jeanjeffreys #BeBlessed!
