While we are required to practice social distancing, please be careful. Isolation is different. Be intentional when it comes to connecting with family and friends. There are many ways to plug in and still feel a sense of belonging. I am a fan of picking up the phone and making that call. It feels good to have one on one conversations. I believe you can feel a person’s heart and they can feel yours through voice. It can be therapeutic for the caller and recipient. I challenge you to try it today.
