Join Jean for a 60-minute Gentle Vinyasa and Meditation Class at 2:30pm (CST) 3:30pm(EST). We will begin the practice with a focus on gentle flow and end with relaxation and meditation. Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners – grounding and calming. Props are not mandatory, but feel free to have them available: (mat, yoga blocks(2), blankets(1 or 2), bolster or firm pillow).
